Red Rock's Merchandise Return & Warranty Policy
1. 30 Day Return Policy: Items can be returned for full credit within 30 days from the original date of purchase marked on the receipt only if the item is returned in new, un-opened condition and include the original receipt and original packaging. All tags must be still attached and any clothing must be in unworn, brand new condition. If the tags have been removed and the item worn for more than a try-on, that product belongs to you. A 15% re-stocking charge may be incurred for returning any non-defective merchandise. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. We do not pay for shipping for items you want to return because you decided you do not want the item.
2. If you buy a product from us and finally get around to using it beyond the 30 Day Return Policy above, you cannot return it, period.
3. Underwater Cameras: No refunds will be given for underwater cameras (outside of the 30 day return policy conditions above in line #1). We cannot be held responsible for your area's water clarity and any preconceived ideas of camera performance in conditions unknown to us. If you live in a muddy water area and can't see further than 3 feet down or less, any underwater camera may not perform very well for you. I would guess that the average customer could conclude this on their own, but have found out that this is not the case. We will not accept returns based on your intended uses, water clarity, or any other factors, including buyer cluelessness, which are entirely beyond our control.
4. Electronics: If you order electronics from us and have a warranty issue, please contact the company who makes the item first. We are the retailers of electronics and do not offer repairs or even in-depth technical advice other than hooking up the battery and putting an SD card in place. Technical problems must be taken up with the manufacturer of the equipment using the phone numbers and/or web addresses they always provide in the operational manuals with each and every electronic item made with the exception of really cheap stuff. We can help you find the contacts if need be but will not accept return of the item with the exception of our 30 Day Refund Policy on new goods.
5. No refunds or returns on Clearance Items or Closeout Items unless they are defective. That's the whole idea behind a clearance - we want to find these items a home and don't want them back. That's why they go out at super low prices. To return defective clearnace/closeout items, you'll need your receipt and you'll need to do it within 30 days of original purchase.
6. Items that have been used: No refunds of any kind will be granted for any items that have been used, regardless of it's appearance or condition. Even if you only used it for 2 days or so...
7. We will not accept or honor warranties for items that were pruchased at other stores or business. Take warranty issues back to the store where the item was originally purchased.
8. Returned items done with proper return authorizations (CALL 218-365-4512) will be promptly refunded if done within 30 days of original purchase and it meets the above 6 lines of our Return Policy.

Summary - We do our dead-level best to make sure that our merchandise is good stuff for our valuable customers. Our prices are as competitve as can be and our service is fast albeit we sometime have to order an item and that will take time. Our goal is to get our customers what they need without charging them an arm and a leg. We only ask that you make an informed decision when buying gear from us. Know what you are getting and what it can/should be used for in your application. If you are unsure as to whether or not the product will work before you buy, contact us via email or phone (during business hours) with your questions or concerns. If we think it won't work, we'll flat-out tell you and suggest other options if they exist and fit your needs. If we don't know, we'll tell you that as well.
